PFAS CONTAMINATION EXPERT
Dr. James Connors has provided expert witness services in several large cases and disputes that involved known or suspected per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination related to PFAS production, landfill leachate releases, PFAS precursor degradation, aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) use and discharges, metal plating, water-supply contamination, and PFAS contamination in soil, sediment, stormwater, surface water, and groundwater. Work for these cases included research, preparation of expert and rebuttal reports, depositions, trial testimony, and PFAS sampling of surface water, stormwater, groundwater, landfill leachate, soil, and sediment for numerous PFAS chemicals.
In addition to his work as an expert witness, Dr. Connors has presented at national and regional scientific conferences on PFAS contamination and transport in and between groundwater, soil, sediment, stormwater, landfill leachate, and surface water.
